My Sunny May Days. 160;Monday, November 19, 2012. We played chicken family for much of the afternoon. Sounds tedious, right? I thought so. But it turns out that baby chicks are incredibly loving and affectionate to their momma chicks, so in the end it was actually a pretty wonderful game. My Sunny May Days. Andrew is the result of 22 months of TTC, including four cycles of Clomid (no response), two cycles of Gonal-f IUI, one laparoscopy, and one c/p. My initial diagnosis was anovulation/possible PCOS, and after the lap we added minor endometriosis to the mix. I credit the lap with our success during a natural cycle just a few months later. You can read more about my TTC journey at my old blog. Andrew was born at 41w3d. You can read my induction birth story here. Way too adorable baby.

My Sunny May Days. 160;Monday, May 21, 2012. We had a wonderful weekend-long celebration for Andrew's birthday, full of adventures and fun times with family. Among the highlights: subway rides, construction watching, grandma's visit, zoo trip, digging in dirt with cousins, firecrackers, bubbles, a picnic, presents, and two cakes! It's been four weeks, and despite some initial resistance, Andrew is doing wonderfully.
