De todas las últimas tendencias de pastelería moderna, yo creo que lo más complicado de preparar son las Cookies Decoradas, y no porque sea difícil hacer la masa y hornearla, sino porque es mucho trabajo hacerlas y luego decorarlas de manera creativa. 300gr de Harina 0000. 1 cdita de Polvo leudante (Polvo de Hornear). 150gr de Manteca pomada. 150gr de Azúcar común. 1 Huevo a temp. ambiente. 1 pizca de Sal. Mezclar hasta incorporar bien todo. En otro bol, tamizar el harina con la sal y el polvo leudante.
