ASYFE), fue fundada inicialmente en el año 1948 como Cooperativa de Industrias Madereras y de Envases (CIME) e inscrita en el Registro de Asociaciones con el nº 46/51 en el año 1977 como organización patronal que integra actualmente a 23 empresas de aserradores, fabricantes de envases de madera y serrerías de tablero contrachapado para envase de madera.
