I post them as they come to my mind. 2 Howard Gardner – Cracking open the lockbox of talent. Not sure what the great vision of Howard Gardner really is. We have already cracked open the lockbox of talent. It is called wealth. It has been working fine and got an elite to the top. No one will want to change that. Talent is overrated anyway. https://stochasticthoughts.wordpress.com/2009/08/09/7-juan-enriquez-homo-evolutis
I post them as they come to my mind. 7 Juan Enriquez – Homo evolutis. Juan Enriquez used this to advertise his industry. It is a shame that he used it for his own commercial interests, because it is a very interesting read and the idea of speciation is probably the best I have read so far. I post them as they come to my mind. 6 Douglas Rushkoff – The discovery of intelligent life from somewhere else. Douglas Rushkoff is under the impression that life from somewhere else is more intelligent there life here. A classic case of the grass is greener on the other side . Not very insightful nor interesting. Part of the Edge Annual Question 2009. This entry was posted on Tuesday, July 28th, 2009 at 6:13 am and is filed under Pants. I post them as they come to my mind. The Edge Annual Question 2009. July 21, 2009. The Edge Annual Question 2009 is an interesting read. Edge magazine asked dozens of people from all walks of life to write something on the basis of two questions: What will change everything? And, what game-changing scientific ideas and developments do you expect to live to see? You can read the full articles at Edge Annual Question 2009. Wall street y los monos. July 12, 2009. El pueblo unido jamás será vencido | Stochastic Thoughts
https://stochasticthoughts.wordpress.com/2008/10/17/el-pueblo-unido-jamas-sera-vencido
I post them as they come to my mind. El pueblo unido jamás será vencido. Yesterday, I was at a Thievery Corporation concert and a Brazilian and Argentinean singers sang some high tempo jam with the words El pueblo unido jamás será vencido (The people united will never be defeated) to a large white middle class crowd. The crowd seemed well excited with the motto and probably feeling very smug about themselves – for the fact that they were there and being all revolutionary and stuff. From your own site.

I post them as they come to my mind. February 9, 2009. Am I the only one not understand or liking Twitter? Everyone is now getting into Twitter and I sort of understand the allure of it; it mimics the self- indulgent/obsessed belly button times that began with blogging (what I say and what I do is sooooo interesting) and Facebook (look at me and my friends, aren’t we cool? It also propagates the wrong belief that anything important and/or difficult can be said in a couple of sentences. February 4, 2009.

https://stochasticthoughts.wordpress.com/2009/07/25/5-ed-regis-molecular-manufacturing
I post them as they come to my mind. 5 Ed Regis – Molecular manufacturing. Ed begins with the usual (and annoying) fad of nanotechnology and all the great stuff that can but never does come out of it. But, somehow, he is also sceptical about it! Also loved it.
