Thursday, January 20, 2011. Tip: this cruet was only 98 cents at Walmart). I decided to rebel and not use apples as a typical recipe ingredient, haHA! This dressing isn't identical to the restaurant version, but we loved it enough to make it be our stand-in here at home. 1/2 c canola or vegetable oil. 6 Tbsp. apple juice concentrate. 4 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar. 3 Tbsp. white balsamic vinegar (or white wine vinegar with a pinch of sugar). 1 tsp dijon mustard. 1 tsp lemon juice. 1 tsp sugar, or to taste.
