The Monte Alegre fully washed has excellent balance and a rich buttery mouthfeel, with notes of caramel and creamy milk chocolate. Roasting trial and errors! Roasting trial and errors! Its been quite challenging to get stuck into roasting quite regularly now, so far have been trying out the differences between washed arabicas i.e. Zimbabwe, Kenya, Rwanda and Malawi compared to the Brazils which are dry processed. I had fun today designing a magazine cover, there is a way to go but its been great! Might do something like this twice a year or so. Any ideas anyone or crits! Je me suis amusée à créer une couverture de ‘magazine’, que pensez vous, il y a encore beaucoup à faire. Je pense le publier deux fois par an, infos sur des cafés, des origines, les producteurs, enfin c’est sans limite.
