Mittwoch, 29. April 2015. VERKAUFT - Original-Gemälde "Flowergirl". Ich habe heute dieses neue Gemälde verschickt. Ich hatte es nur ganz kurz bei mir. Ich bin natürlich dankbar, dass es sofort ein neues Zuhause gefunden hat, aber es ist wieder schwer, es direkt gehen zu lassen. Today, I have send this new painting. I had it only a short time here. Ich hatte irgendwann im Dezember im Gewächshaus meine Farben zusammengepackt und auf den Dachboden gebracht, weil es mir dort draußen zu ungemütlich wurde. Saturday, April 10, 2010. How to construct a pentagon. To make a pentagon is a piece of cake after reading this post. You will need a degree ruler (don't know if that's the correct word but look at the pictures)a compass, pen and paper. It's a big calculation (at least it is to me)to find the radius in a circle wich will give us a pentagon with sides measuring 3 cm. Friday, June 26, 2015. Time is coming too fast, I think. This last week in class,. Would be to feel this free and loose in all my work. Even though this is a painting class, I've been concentrating on the line work. I so much admire Tracey's artwork. I love the shape of my pear, and wanted to paint one to use in class, and the one below is what I did. This one is a bit more realistic in shape and colors, but still I love the first one the most. Thursday, January 29, 2015. It doesn't take much to make me happy,. I found an unfinished mandala, and sat down to finish it. It's such a joy to get back to painting again. First of all I had to clean out and tidy my studio. It has been locked up for winter and has served more or less as a storage room. Wednesday, July 8, 2015. SOC 5 week 5. Green - green - pink. I knew excactly what to do this week when I saw the colors. But, as often before, it turned our much harder than first thought. Actually I left my idea and did something else instead. It's pretty hard to paint a rose in one pink color only, and many times during the painting process I wanted to add yellow/orange to it. But, I didn't because a challenge is a challenge and I wanted to stay true to it. I hope everyone had fun playing this week.

Wednesday, June 24, 2015. SOC 5 week 3. I always find it hard to use. These colors, the purples are not my favorites. But, I decided to give them a real try this year, and so far I've made three different pieces. The first one I did the day after drawing and painting lots of veggies, so it felt natural to do a turnip. I couldn't resist adding a bit of green to it, and therefore I felt like cheating. Monday, April 25, 2011. I've had an awful lot of fun. My bike is dressed for summer. I've had a lot of fun making this "seat" for my bike. It's very easy to make but will make a huge difference. I really don't think anyone will misunderstand my statement. Leave this bike alone, it's mine! I like the way the cover came out and I'm pretty sure I'll have a lot of comments when down town showing it off. As you see there is a basket in front too, if I make something acordingly to the rest I would have THE BIKE.
