Friday, January 3, 2014. Statistics: 365 Days of a Consultant's Food. One might ask me one day: What was the silliest thing you ever did in your life? Well, from now on you have statistics of all the food an (un)usual consultant in Advisory eats while being on a project during the week. With my project I covered 56% of the food I ate this past year, not including breakfast during the week which would then add up to a coverage of 77% (Hotel breakfasts are usually always the same). Lox Bagels or Rolls.

There is only one brand of Greek yogurt I like, Fage. 1/2 of an individual container of Fage 2%. 1 tsp of Nutella. 1 tsp of raspberry jam. Mix all ingredients together. Enjoy &. Note: I have no connection to Fage. It is just honestly the ONLY yogurt I like. I also have no connection to Nutella, but seriously, who doesn't love Nutella! This is ...

Homemade By Holman: Picture Frame Moldings and a Kitchen and Dining Makeover

Pin It button on image hover. Friday, August 2, 2013. Picture Frame Moldings and a Kitchen and Dining Makeover. One easy way to add some architectural detail and interest to a house that might be a bit dated or a bit "builder's grade" is with molding and wainscoting. We primed and painted all the trim pieces before putting them on the walls. Then once we had everything attached, we caulked any seams and filled any nail holes, then touched up the paint. Northern Food: La Tasca, Meadowhall, Sheffield
http://m62food.blogspot.com/2013/11/la-tasca-meadowhall-sheffield.html
Food and drink - transpennine or thereabouts. Good things to eat. Monday, 4 November 2013. La Tasca, Meadowhall, Sheffield. It's been a while since I've had a rant on here. I didn't go to La Tasca specifically with a whinge in mind, really I didn't. I went because I was hungry and it was convenient and I'd heard rumours of a revamped menu and attempts at doing things properly and I even got invited to a jamon carving shindig there a while back with the promise of genuine iberico de bellota. Croquettes we...

Island Lake and Titcomb Basin: Breathtaking. Island Lake and Titcomb Basin: Breathtaking. July 22, 2012. It has been a generous summer for me in terms of how much time I’ve had in the high country of my back yard, Wyoming’s Wind River Range. For the last six weeks, I’ve gone on six epic day hikes. And yet, it was even better t...

Made Famous By: Alicia Furst. My biggest boy went on his first big boy hike with his scout troop. It was 5 miles and the destination was a gorgeous waterfall. I intentionally left out details about the hike because generally if it involves any physical activity he wants nothing to do with it. He started to complain right before we left, so I just focused on the good things about the hike. 8220;You are going to have so much fun! 8220;Oooooh and at the top you get to see a water fall! Buttered Up: Hot Cinnamon Drumsticks
http://www.buttered-up.com/2014/05/hot-cinnamon-drumsticks_8443.html
Wednesday, May 28, 2014. Now that I'm working with a regular schedule like most people (which I haven't done in 7 years), it is not a matter of choice anymore that I make food days ahead to snack on during work hours. At first I tried to do the apple/banana and nut butter thing. I ate raw almonds in bulk. I drank and drank and drank herbal tea. But all day? No, thank you. There's only so much you can take before you hear your insides wail, telling tales of personal tragedy, aching for grease. Excluding t...

The underside of honesty.an open journal. A cautionary tale, daily journal and travels within one Man's imagination. Friday, December 16, 2011. What you are, we used to be. It's been six months or so since the last post. Odd It used to be a daily occurrence. However, the content of this blog is the basis for the book I am writing. A book, about me, my life as seen and lived by me. My memories. They may not be yours. Yet I am focused. Some are settled in waiting for the weird to wear off. I am the Raj.
