Saturday, May 7, 2011. Happy 1 Year Birthday Sweet Cole! We can't believe one year ago we were in the hospital and we were just about to meet our little guy! He loves to explore and will use whatever chair is nearby to get up high to continue his exploring! He just started giving kisses and hugs when we ask him. Tuesday, February 22, 2011. These are a few of their favorite things. Cole has discovered how much fun it is to get from one place to another by pushing this toy as well as a plastic chair around rather than crawling. Going through our bathroom drawers is also one of his favorite pasttimes! I love the way he crawls right up to the window next to our front door and stares outside. Tuesday, March 9, 2010. Our visit with Poppy and Evie. On Monday my dad and Evie came up for a visit. Since they brought such beautiful weather with them, we decided to head to the park. Sydney quickly got attached to Evie. She wanted her to push her on the swing and catch her at the bottom of the slide. Thursday, April 28, 2011. We used Resurrection Eggs this year to help Sydney understand the real reason we celebrate Easter. Each day she opened up an egg and it had a symbol that represented Christ's death and resurrection. She really looked forward to seeing what was in each one. It was neat to see her ask questions and want to know more. Here's a glimpse into some of our Easter festivities. . .Nonna and Syd decorated some eggs together. There was a big game going on at the same time as egg decorating.

Sunday, August 29, 2010. Surprise visit from Poppy and Besty. Last week my dad and Evie (Besty to the kids) were on their way to a wedding in the Poconos and surprised us by stopping in for a quick visit. Syd's not a big fan, but maybe Cole won't mind. Evie got some great giggles out of Cole too in this video! Fun with my new camera! This girl loves Lollipops! Cole is getting bigger and bigger everyday! He's becoming such a content little man! We can't believe how fast she's growing up! He cracks me up!

We thought we'd get an early start this year and actually pick out our Christmas Tree before Thanksgiving, so we headed to our usual farm Sunday afternoon.
