For food people, by food people. March 30, 2012. My Big, Fat, Greek Dinner. Who doesn’t love a play on that movie’s title? We completed our meal with a few different favorites of questionable Greek origin. Hummus and pita crackers (thanks, Trader Joe’s, for inventing these) were an obvious no brainer, as were diced tomato, onion, and cucumber. We also had a favorite cracker dip, which we call chickee cheese. And I made a tofu tzatziki. At home in Florida, it seemed like a lot of places. 2 tsp onion powder.
