a day in the life - walking with God: January 2012
http://adayinthelife-commonground.blogspot.com/2012_01_01_archive.html
Monday, January 23, 2012. Why are you crying? I've said this before, and I will say it again today, I'm not a Bible Scholar. I don't have any degrees in theology or Biblical Studies. I have a poor memory and cannot quote scripture. And the truth be told, I'm not even good at remembering where verses are located. But I. Love the Bible and God's Word to us. I'm basically a blank slate. The Lord says to me frequently, "Be available", and that's what I try to do; to. No, He didn't quote it to me. Woman, why ...

a day in the life - walking with God: June 2013
http://adayinthelife-commonground.blogspot.com/2013_06_01_archive.html
Monday, June 10, 2013. Is there anybody out there? Have you ever asked that question? And then one day you find you cannot do it alone. You can't see where it's all going and you've hit rock bottom. you're alone, by yourself, and there's no one.not one person you can count on to fix the mess that you're in. Ben Canales via Google Images. Are you that person? I had a strange request from the Lord today. He said to me, "Go write a post". Is there anybody out there? Yes, He's there and He hears you. Simple ...

a day in the life - walking with God: May 2012
http://adayinthelife-commonground.blogspot.com/2012_05_01_archive.html
Tuesday, May 8, 2012. Well, it's been about 3 weeks since my last post, and it's time for an update. It's often said that "God helps those that help themselves" is a quote from the Bible, but actually it's not. Benjamin Franklin penned that phrase in Poor Richard's Almanac in 1757. Even though it's not a scripture verse, it does have some truth to it. Not in the sense of our salvation, but in our everyday life. God does. I had to make a life decision that I was going to do everything that I.

a day in the life - walking with God: October 2013
http://adayinthelife-commonground.blogspot.com/2013_10_01_archive.html
Monday, October 21, 2013. I want to share some thoughts with you about something thats been on my heart lately and that is not only our relationship with Jesus, our Savior, but with The Father. Lets face it, knowing. God can be a little intimidating and confusing. Lets look at this scripture below and hear what Jesus has to say about it. He who has seen Me has seen the Father. How do you say, Show us the Father? 10 Do you not believe that I am in the Father, and the Father is in Me? Knowing God the Father.

Maybe I'll Blog: Easy Tomato Soup
http://maybeillblog.blogspot.com/2008/12/easy-tomato-soup.html
Or maybe I won't. December 23, 2008. Here's a little twist to the normal tomato soup and it's delicious! Take a couple of cans of condensed tomato soup, add 1 can of milk, add 1 can of diced tomatoes, then (here's the good part) add 1/4 block of cream cheese! Heat until cream cheese melts throughout! This is so awesome and it's so creamy! Posted by Laurie and Bill. Tuesday, December 23, 2008. MMMMM, Yum. I'm going to have to print this one for the next head cold. December 23, 2008 at 10:16 AM.

Maybe I'll Blog: Pizza Making
http://maybeillblog.blogspot.com/2009/01/pizza-making.html
Or maybe I won't. January 19, 2009. A few nights ago, my son decided to make pizza. I had planned homemade pizza for dinner, but he just insisted that he make it. Note: when Bryce says he wants to cook something, he wants to do it "all by himself." The "all by himself" is defined by Mom can't touch anything, but she has to stand over everything he does and give a description of what needs to be done. Have you ever tried to do that while someone (who is a novice in the kitchen) is trying to make pizza?

Come join us on our journey from New York to California of over 25 years ago. We also plan on continuing the journey from where we left off before. Here's the link: Travel National Parks.

Maybe I'll Blog: Homemade (Frugal) Pancake Syrup Recipe
http://maybeillblog.blogspot.com/2008/12/homemade-frugal-pancake-syrup-recipe_31.html
Or maybe I won't. December 31, 2008. Homemade (Frugal) Pancake Syrup Recipe. Disclaimer: If your family is adept at recognizing 'fake' maple syrup, this recipe might not be for you. But, if your family is less than expert at distinguishing 'fake', then by all means read on. My family has a tendency to not become overly concerned with the fakeness of cheap, maple syrup. They usually are quite happy to pour on this cheap imitation of maple syrup and enjoy! Hand Pours Syrup onto a Stack of Pancakes. One oth...

Maybe I'll Blog: Waffle Recipe
http://maybeillblog.blogspot.com/2008/12/waffle-recipe_28.html
Or maybe I won't. December 28, 2008. Here is a waffle recipe that I've used a few times in the past. It's pretty good. I emailed this recipe to Yankee Gal, who reads my blog, and she said, "WOW, I just made your waffle recipe Lee! Anyway, the waffles were exactly the texture and chewiness that we were looking for. I used honey instead of sugar.that was the only difference. Thanks again. :o)". So, I've decided to post the recipe for the whole World Wide Web to peruse. 1 1/4 cups milk. Ahh, and I've missed ...

Here's the link for the Taco Soup: Click here. 2 cans kidney beans. 2 cans pinto beans. When ...
