http://nycathlete.blogspot.com/2011_08_01_archive.html
My adventures as I swim, bike, run, sail and surf my way through life in New York City. Tuesday, August 9, 2011. Before I go any further with my emotion filled "analyses", let me say that the two deaths and what I saw as a spectator that I will write about may have nothing to do with each other. A heart attack is unpredictable and very very hard to react to when in the water. My point is along the lines of self responsibility. I'm sorry but that is pathetic. The Hudson is not for beginners. Period. Once ...

The key is one has to do this every day, consistently. Here's how Wikipedia. What does this have to do with sports? If you follow the popular t...

My adventures as I swim, bike, run, sail and surf my way through life in New York City. Tuesday, June 14, 2011. Think outside the wheel. How's your 401k doing? I have decided the best retirement plan for a long and healthy life is to run 401k/month. That's roughly 100k a week, or 60 miles. I just hope my knees are in agreement. I made this realization after hearing a pre-quarter-end desperate radio ad by Joseph A. Banks: dramatic male voice offering everything 1/2 off! Will it make a difference?
