Sunday, August 28, 2011. Some late posts of our plethora of apricots this year. We enjoyed eating them making jam and apricot syrup. John picking before the birds get to them. When I made jam and syrup I didn't have pectin so I only used sugar and lemon juice. You have to cook it longer but I used equal parts of fruit and sugar. The pectin recipe.
