Tuesday, August 27, 2013. 周末臨時約了友人來我們家作客,也沒多少時間買菜預備晚飯,由於朋友是素食者,所以決定走到樓下的超市隨手買點蔬菜,簡單的弄了個燉鍋。這天的晚飯,連買菜的時間,用了一小時也不夠就準備好,在我們家算是超快速的了。 這種蔬菜燉鍋,意大利人稱它為Ciambotta,是很常見的家常菜式,尤其是在夏天的時候。究竟這和南法菜式裡的Ratatouille有甚麼分別,其實我也說不清楚,反正材料、煮法也差不多,同樣是富鄉土風味的菜式。不過印象裡Ratatouille很少會用上薯仔 - 可能這就是唯一的分別吧,我也懶得深究。 Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Friday, June 27, 2014. 如果四年一度的世界盃是一齣戲的話,英格蘭隊和支持者肯定是這齣戲的悲劇角色,活脫脫就像是「等待果陀」裡的那兩個流浪漢主角。 12301;(Waiting for Godot)是一部著名的「荒誕劇」 - 故事講述兩個流浪漢,在某處樹下等待一個叫「果陀」的人物。「果陀」是甚麼樣貌,是個怎樣的人,他們不清楚; 他會不會出現,何時會出現,或是會在那裡出現, 他們不知道; 他們也不太了解自己尋找果陀的目的,只知道要在一棵沒有葉子的樹下面等。他們在等待期間,無聊地打發著時間,也陸續發生了不少荒誕事。第一幕完結之前,一個男童,自稱是果陀派來的,對他們說: 「果陀先生今天不會來了,不過到了明天,他一定會來的! 12301;。第二幕,相似的情節再次重覆,果陀依然沒有出現,一個男童在尾段又再現身,告訴他們相同的說話。他們不停討論着應否就此放棄,甚至打算一死了之,然而,他們兩人始終誰也沒有踏出半步離開……. My foodie friend H (aka the icecream chef). Recommended this place after her visit a couple months ago, so I made a reservation for dinner during my recent visit to Tokyo. The young Chef Oka came from the "school" of Sushi Sho, having trained under Chef Keiji Nakazawa at the famous sushi-ya in Yotsuya, of which I had the privilege of trying.
