I was looking at some old posts today, it wasn't until then I realized how much progress I have made in the last six months. 6 months ago Today. Run 1 mile 8:14 7:32. Body fat 36% 30%. I've had a lot of encouragement and support over the last 6 months, from instructors. And my good friends, thank you all! I won't be attending bootcamp.

I was having a hard time turning of the lights and going to bed last night, at one point I saw it was 11:30 and I figured I might as well stay up and watch the sunset. It was totally worth it. It was pink and blue and orange.pretty amazing to see. I couldn't get the perfect view because the ONE tree here in Bethel. Was blocking my view from the porch. I ventured. If it isn't raining you have to deal with these blood thirsty.

They still haven't given us a 'return date' so I'm just trying to enjoy the extra flexibility, not to mention saving at the gas pump, while I can. Run 1 mile - 8:14 (second fastest in the group). 20 push-ups 6 facilitated (girl) push-ups. 8 dips 20 bent knee dips. I'll let you know if there is any improvement over the next 4 weeks.
