The Lillys in Bloom: December 2008
http://atlantaparent6.blogspot.com/2008_12_01_archive.html
The Lillys in Bloom. Atlanta Parent Magazine reader blog. Tuesday, December 16, 2008. To Santa or Not to Santa. I probably should just take her. Maybe this is just my psyche kicking in and taking me back to my early childhood when Santa brought me to tears. But I should give her the benefit of the doubt. Maybe she will better understand and intuit the inherent awesomeness of Santa. And if not, the Santa photos with the crying baby are oddly charming. Friday, December 5, 2008. Babies first REAL Christmas.

The Lillys in Bloom: April 2008
http://atlantaparent6.blogspot.com/2008_04_01_archive.html
The Lillys in Bloom. Atlanta Parent Magazine reader blog. Thursday, April 24, 2008. Roxanne had her 4 month check up yesterday. Everything was fantastic, especially Roxanne's size. She's almost 16 pounds and she's 25 inches tall. The shots weren't great, but she really got over it very quickly. Maybe because they went in her thighs, and as the nurse put it, "she needs butter for those rolls." She actually specified honey butter, but I think the metaphor still works. Tuesday, April 15, 2008.

The Lillys in Bloom: The Littlest Walker
http://atlantaparent6.blogspot.com/2009/01/littlest-walker.html
The Lillys in Bloom. Atlanta Parent Magazine reader blog. Thursday, January 29, 2009. Now she can stand up easily with no support. She's even mastering the ability to walk over bumpy ground and up and over little steps. She still needs a hand sometimes, but she's making a lot of progress. And she's so brave! Sometimes I wish she would have a little more fear. I guess most parents do. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Three of a Kind In a Full House
Three of a Kind In a Full House. Atlanta Parent Magazine reader blog. Tuesday, January 13, 2009. A Family Conversation at Last! Tonight was a milestone in our household - our very first dinner where all of us (well, us and the two oldest boys) participated in a full-fledged conversation. Typically, our "family conversations" go something like this:. Boys, how was your day at school today? What did you learn about? Boy #1, age 4:. We went on the playground. Boy #2, age 3:. I SEE YOUR FOOD! Lalalllalalalla...

Atlanta Parent Magazine reader blog. Thursday, December 11, 2008. The Latest Goings On. We also have the baby's room pretty much set up and ready to receive our little girl - including getting the cats trained not to go in the crib! Thursday, October 9, 2008. Would you like this and that? Are you interested in such and such? How about starting to save for your baby's college tuition? And I hope even a slight smile, "No, no thank you. No. No.". Oh, no thank you.". No thank you.". I was speechless. It ...
