Last month I threw my back out. While standing up from a squat exercise, there was a sharp pain in my lower back. I never made it out of the squat; instead, I quickly set down my weight (OK, maybe I dropped it) and fell backwards onto the floor. This is where I then spent most of the next two weeks.

Enough is enough, it was time for a change! New cutting boards. I picked up two OXO boards, one red and one black. We'll use the red one for using with raw meats and the black one for anything else. Shoes: Merrell Vapor Glove 2. Just in case anything happens while I'm out, assuming someone finds me, they can call somebody who cares. Phone: doesn't matter what brand; it's an Android phone. I liked it and already had an old desk-lamp with a broken switch that I wasn't using anymore; I just needed a webcam.
