Monday, June 05, 2006. House #3 - REO? Unfortunately, the foreclosure auction in Georgia is this Tuesday, so my agent usually goes underground the weekend before the auction trying to get last minute deals done with the banks. (If you remember, my Duluth deal went through the weekend before the auction.) Therefore, she would not be able to focus on my deal until Tuesday. If I were a betting man, (and I am) I would say this house is LONG GONE! My house is in foreclosure please help me! I need $5,000.

I wonder how you got into managing apartments. It's interesting. No I work for a VERY LARGE national multifamily management company. In all states (that I am aware of) if you just want to be a leasing consultant for a management company it is not necessary. Someone very high up usually holds the brokers license.

I definately know how much caring/nurturing a newborn chips away at your free time, but it's well worth it, IMHO. Sounds like you haven't skipped much of a beat with your REI, either, which is awesome.
