To Melissa and Harvey for successfully finishing their PhD degrees. Harvey is joining NREL full time as Research Staff, and Melissa is going to stay on at INL, also as Research Staff. Announcements about a big new research program are forthcoming. Prof Brian Gorman, Dr. David Jaeger, and Dr. Maia Romanes.
