Not just a bike around the corner. July 10, 2016. Mountains shaped like old rotting teeth – Yung Shou, China. Local pop up street market – flowers for eating. Market storage, meat and chopping block – preparing canister burning the ends of pigs trotters. Our first boat lift across the river. Buffalo watering hole – 2 hours to cool down or they don’t work – it was hot! Washing clothes and skinning garlic downstream of the buffaloes. The path turned into a ridge between paddy fields. She was my alter ego.
