Aaron's Running Adventures: September 2011

http://www.atruns.blogspot.com/2011_09_01_archive.html

Friday, September 30, 2011. Monday, September 5, 2011. 2nd Half in the books. What a year its been for me in running. Ran the Sunriver (Half) Marathon for a Cause on Sunday (9/4) and I really had no goal time that I want to get for this one. I haven't trained too much, because I have been doing lots of hiking on the weekend. So most or all my running has been during the week. No speed work or hills workouts, just running. 32nd overall out of 294. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). 2nd Half in the books.
