Our family: Soccer
http://westonsidestory.blogspot.com/2010/05/soccer.html
Jason, Jennifer, Logan, and Andrew. Sunday, May 30, 2010. We signed Logan up for soccer for the very first time. He was thrilled! He got to play with his little friend, which made it even better. He did a great job. Here are five things I learned in our first year of soccer. 1 If your child sits for a long time on the field, his head will eventually get smacked with the ball. 2 Five year old boys think that "outhouse" bathrooms are cool and will try to visit during the middle of each soccer game- gross.

Our family: What a MESS!
http://westonsidestory.blogspot.com/2010/05/what-mess.html
Jason, Jennifer, Logan, and Andrew. Sunday, May 30, 2010. What a big boy little Drewie is! I bought the boys some cereal and they were so excited because I rarely buy the sugary stuff. I poured them each one bowl and hopped in the shower. I neglected to put the cereal box away, and apparently Drew wanted seconds so he poured his own! What a mess. Logan was devastated that a whole box of Lucky Charms had to be thrown away. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). The whole Fam Damily! Time for Hair Cuts!

Our family: Marshmellows roasting on an open fire!
http://westonsidestory.blogspot.com/2010/05/marshmellows-roasting-on-open-fire.html
Jason, Jennifer, Logan, and Andrew. Sunday, May 30, 2010. Marshmellows roasting on an open fire! I promised Logan that as soon as it was warm outside, we would build a fire and make Smores. I bought all of the supplies and planned on making Smores for our Family Home Evening treat. Yet, it rained (again). Turns out that this was just as much fun, and the kids actually did it themselves (no worries about someone falling into the fire! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). The whole Fam Damily!

Our family: June 2009
http://westonsidestory.blogspot.com/2009_06_01_archive.html
Jason, Jennifer, Logan, and Andrew. Thursday, June 18, 2009. Solately I have been a little down and I haven't known why. Maybe it is because I speak to four-year-olds all day long, and I slowly notice my vocabulary skills diminishing! Maybe it is because the floor that was mopped two minutes ago now has melted Popsicle on it due to an independent child who thinks he can get in the freezer by himself! Or they figure out a way in- what child has heard of privacy). I just had the most wonderful time at BYU!

Nathan & Brenda & Family: April 2010
http://brendatoone.blogspot.com/2010_04_01_archive.html
Nathan and Brenda and Family. History will be kind to me for I intend to write it." -Winston Churchill. The face of a child can say it all, especially the mouth part of the face." -Jack Handey. If God answered all your prayers, would it change THE. World, or just YOUR. Friday, April 30, 2010. Just didn't make sense to her little brain. I think that was part of the the draw for her. I did my best to notice. When the call came down the line. Up to the platform of surrender. I was brought but I was kind.

The Cox Crew: What were you thinking....
http://manianddave.blogspot.com/2013/03/what-were-you-thinking.html
Call it a clan, call it a network, call it a tribe, call it a family. Whatever you call it, whoever you are, you need one.". Wednesday, March 6, 2013. What were you thinking. I sent this around on e-mail when it happened in January, but in case you missed it. Do you remember this scene from the Classic Movie A Christmas Story? One of the highlights, right? Always good for a laugh? Claire: Mom, I skinned my tongue today at school. Me: (Slightly distracted) What do you mean? How do you skin your tongue?
