Well I thought wrong. I thought I would try to eat more but it had bad results, I found myself full of dread and purged again, I ate 5 crackers, a cup of soup, 5 mini gingersnaps, a bowl of limchi noodles, 5 pocky sticks. Tomorrow I will go see my counsellor and tell her about feeling suicidal and wanting to cut. life is pretty messed up at times but I'm trying to stay posative, I ate today but purged. I'm panicing right now, I just ate two tacos with tomatos, lettice, cheese and turkey and I ewant to purge it all butr I'm in public so I cant. I wish i didnt have this fear of food, I tryed to call the school about questions for my portfolio and i left a terriblemessage of stuttering i hate talking on the phine I barly can get words out. I whent to the clubhouse today, they made hotdogs and macoroni salad, two things I hate, so I ate noodles. My boyfreind bought us chinese food, I felt I had no control over what I ate today. Friday I willbe helpimg my aunty move into their new house. tomorrow is tera sicoal sand my psycosis group, I wounder what will be the topic.
