Work was good this week, but I am planning to apply to some other schools. I like my center enough, but the money isnt that great and I need more of it. There were several hiring in my area, so it cant hurt to try. I mean, I am only waiting until Barack calls anyway, right? Hope, if you bother to read this slop, that you have a great weekend. Wednesday, November 12, 2008. A fresh start to a mid-life. I have been an ITWer. A Blooper and now I am here- a Blogspotter. I am going to use this little space to keep in touch with my friends and family. To search for new and creative ideas to spice up my classroom, home and life in general. I am excited at the prospects because I know that with the resource of making new friends, all things are possible. I don't want to use social sites such as MySpace. I am glad you've joined the ranks!

Thursday, November 13, 2008. I just finished my application to work with the Obama/Biden office. I am quite sure I wont be getting a call, but considering his platform brings out the best in me, I thought why not try. Weather here is turning cooler- suppose to be cold by the weekend. I am excited about that, and cant wait for the rain to clear out as I am so not a fan. After Ike- I dont care to see any rain for a long time to come. Dragonflies on lamp posts.
