I mainly collect Ball Joint Dolls (and you can read about it here: http:/ alegrostash.wordpress.com. But I enjoy customizing dolls and toys of all kinds. I also sew them from scratch from the remnants of fabric I have after my other fabrics. I hope to help others interested in custom toys to get the courage to pick up paintbrushes or turn on the old sewing machine and give customization a shot!

I’ve been working with Bordeaux a lot lately, but for whatever reason I just can’t fall in love with the Claus sculpt the way I thought I would. So I recently found someone who was interested in a trade! So this is Bordeaux’s fare-well shoot for his Claus head. It will be replaced very soon! The sculpt I traded for was the holiday 2012 head from Luts. Here’s what Bordeaux will look like by the end of the month!

Alegro is my little knight in shining armor. He’s my sweetheart, and my first love! He has been the subject of my photography for many years now. Alegro is often mistaken for a girl because of his being dressed up in various little skirts or dresses, but he’s still my cute little boy! Alegro is just your normal little kid–he likes the great outdoors, he likes to color and paint, and he enjoys playing pretend. Even so, it does seem that there must be something special about him!
