Did You Try PT First? March 7, 2014. Pelvis and Pelvic Floor Dysfunction. I was frustrated this week. I met with 3 persons that had pelvic floor muscle dysfunction. One had been sent to Mayo Clinic to get biofeedback training but they did not do any other intervention. One had given up sports and had two years of pelvic pain. Hip surgery was done just in case it was related. One had two bladder lift surgeries that were unsuccessful because pelvic muscles were unable to contract. Rebecca Roush PT CEAS.
