Two foodies rediscovering Austin one restaurant at a time. Skip to primary content. August 2, 2014. Jalapeno Cheese – smoked jalapenos, pimentos. Smoked Beets -herbed chevre, balsamic glaze. Holy Trinity Plate – brisket, pork spare rib, house-made sausage. Tequila Mockingbird – Z Blanco tequila, lime juice, agave syrup, orange bitters, red peppers. Just those three items were way more than enough to fill our bellies and we ended up leaving too much on our plates… so prepare yourselves!

Foie Gras- maple polenta, prosciutto, blueberry. Duck Breast- honey, artichoke, parsnip, potato, apricot. Pork Jowl- carrot, cucumber, shallot, jalapeno-mayo.
