Downstairs a large open plan kitchen, living and dining area, with a stone fireplace with wood burner and terracotta flooring, opens onto a very private east facing garden. 4 wooden steps lead to the double bedroom with a white distressed wooden floor and en-suite (cubicle shower, toilet and sink).
