Chaos & Matter: March 2005
http://chaosmatters.blogspot.com/2005_03_01_archive.html
The poetry of Nicholas Alexander. Wednesday, March 30, 2005. Half things don't weave bits of string. Just water warmed up ready for steam. Killing sound with a padding a horn blowing thumping. Eating snow because you stuck your hand in the oven. Language keeps guard of your child. Bricks house your thoughts. Posted by Nicholas Alexander at 8:56 pm. Thursday, March 24, 2005. Fresh, as a Daisy. Plucked at a late stage the bus travelled. Down the forbidden lane grasping at glances. Fresh in the memory.

The poetry of Nicholas Alexander. Thursday, April 07, 2005. The man wanted me. To be his Queen. And I said no. But I like to win. But I found it hard. To be the other. And not the mother. I can make history. Of any chance of. For this he loves me. For this he feels. Bound to comment on. My dress, how its cut. Posted by Nicholas Alexander at 11:05 pm. The man wanted me. To be his Queen. And I said no. But I like to win. But I found it hard. To be the other. And not the mother. I can make history.

Chaos Matters: A Murder Story
http://chaosandmatter.blogspot.com/2013/02/a-murder-story.html
The Poetry blog of Nicholas Alexander. Saturday, February 23, 2013. Some things are happening. In the road under the lights. Shouts disconcert the slight. Ripples in the air that stick. I glance out the window and. See a man running with a pair. Of blades held above his head. Blood streaming down his naked. Back as he passes at the top of his voice. The air breaks into pieces and vapour. Leaks into a distance from vapid tension. Blind trust knows there is little to extract. No space for the spoils of war.

http://chaosmatters.blogspot.com/2005/06/couple-of-nits-man-and-woman-spoke.html
The poetry of Nicholas Alexander. Monday, June 06, 2005. The man and the woman spoke together and alone they thought without speaking. All in a whirl, yes as if, but? Hiding behind umbrellas that kept the storm water from evaporating into the air. Isolated little brittle thoughts that acted like thorns in the skin. His hand reached through the cosmic murk and stroked her face and so she brushed aside all the cobwebs and kissed him. "The weather looks good.". Posted by Nicholas Alexander at 12:35 pm.
