Whew It's that time of year to let out a sigh of relief that you survived the holidays! Every year I decide to have a simpler holiday season starting around October, but somehow I get sucked into this insane frenzy of planning, cooking, shopping, and traveling. This year we did make an attempt to stay home and make the family come to us. That will be much better.right? But we didn't have to drive anywhere, right? Zoey: newborn, age 1, age 2. My little Z turned 2 in August. She keeps me so busy that I never have time for blogging anymore! We had her photos done a few weeks before her birthday by Angela Fisher. She shot her in downtown Tulsa. They turned out amazingly well considering that she ran around the entire time and wouldn't sit in any of the little scenes she set up! My little homemade cake. Blue jello with Swedish fish. Zoey got a little kitchen from my parents and we got her a playhouse and a tricycle.

Thursday, December 13, 2012. At 4 months, we started Fern off with rice cereal and oatmeal. She looooved it. She ate it every day for two months, and the Suddenly at 6 months, she did everything she could to make it stop. She would literally GAG herself when we fed it to her! My only guess is that it's a texture thing. I don't know. I don't know what's better, that face, or those rolls. yowza this girl is a cutie. Does anyone have any experience with BLW?
