Riding and Thriving in Northern Califronia. May 31, 2014. My plan for the perfect weekend:. Pour wine at Dobra Zemlja. Saturday morning and bring home a delicious Sangiovese. Save for Sunday evening. Ride to Volcano with friends. Lament not stopping for a beer at The Union ,. Before heading to the river the river to relax, stop by Amador Vintage Market. In Plymouth for sandwiches and old-fashioned sodas. Taste wine again. Another local winery, Legendre Cellars. Was pouring, and the wines were delicious.

Riding and Thriving in Northern Califronia. July 15, 2016. July 15, 2016. Lost and Found Gravel Grinder. After the first big climb is a long descent. At the start line, the organizer tried to warn us about the descent, but, as usual, everyone was talking. Apparently this happens in more than just ladies road racing. Cut out the talking people. The descent was described as “chassy” which is some sort of specialized term for lots of powdery dirt over fist sized rocks. Stay tuned and thanks for reading.

I love chocolate, tree climbing, and immersing myself in a good book. I am happiest when dancing. My feet are tiny. I desperately wish I had dimples - even one would do. Musicians and magicians make me smile. I enjoy the feeling of freshly flossed teeth and the wind in my face. Horses, lilacs, and campfires are the most delightful of smells.
