Tuesday, September 29, 2009. Difficulty with implementing a digital story in the Elementary classroom. I was actually surprised at how easy it was to create a digital story using Photo Story. It was really fun to find a poem, take pictures, and to compile a whole story with music and voice. I can imagine how fun it will be for students to make their own story or to view their peers, and what a useful tool for teaching poetry in the classroom. Monday, September 28, 2009. I loved the technology used in learning about spiders, and I discovered that students really can use technology at such an early age. I also saw some other ways that you could use technology in this lesson. The students could keep a weather blog instead of just a log. Some of my taffy creations. Well this week we made Taffy which was pretty fun. Next time we need to add some flavoring. this past week I went antiquing.
