Respond to the survey. Everyone I know that switched from Con Ed to a cheaper supplier has complained and switched back to Con Ed. Also even though you can opt out anytime it sounds like the village will be bound by a contract it is financially responsible for so in the end who gets stuck paying the bill?

I can understand hunting for food (Venison, quail, chickens, pigs, cows, etc) but for putting its head on top of a fireplace? Shame on these big game hunters. Hope they rot in hell.
