Sunday, December 7, 2008. 5 1/2 Months - 18 pounds 12 oz - 27 in. I took Charlie in for his 5 months shots and he is topping the scales at almost 19 pounds and measuring 27 inches. They have a mirror on the wall where he is measured and he loves looking at himself and others in the mirror. I decided that it was time for a picture of his belly! Saturday afternoon we went to the Christmas Tree lot and picked out our tree. We were going to get just a small tree, but we ended up with a 7 footer.

Sunday, July 27, 2008. Week 5 - 1st Road Trip and Baby Yoga. Charlie got his one month visit with his new pediatrician Dr. Joe. Everything checked out ok. Charlie got another vaccine shot and handled it like any tough Lyon would. He is a "well nourished" baby weighing in at 10 lbs. 5 oz! Not missing many meals around here. Sunday, October 5, 2008. Charlie is now 5 months old and is eating peas, smiling a bunch and making funny little sounds. We had a great Thanksgiving and the 4 day weekend gave me a chance to catch up. I have had several drafts ready to post over the past couple months, but just couldn't seem to get it published. Friday, March 13, 2009. Getting Physical and Crawling. Sorry, it has been a little while since the last update. Charlie has been crawling for a couple of weeks now and learning to get in to things other than his toys. Fun times are ahead. Also, he has been caught standing up in his crib, freaking out his mama. Saturday, June 28, 2008. Day 5 and 6. So we're coming along and learning more and more each day. Charlie and his parents both. We took Charlie to his first Dr. appoinmtment yesterday and he checked out ok. Who knew? He's lost 2.5 oz., which is ok, but we are being a little more regulated with his feeding every 3 hours since the visit. That has done wonders for his and our sleep patterns. Playing with Marme and meeting Kumiko for the first time. Grandad, Grandpa, or Name TBD visits his grandson Charlie.
