Dr Amy asked me to lower my soy intake to 1-2 servings a week. The goddamn stuff is in *everything*. Pretzels, waffles, chocolate, Kind bars. And, damn it, I'm saving my 1-2 servings a week for my soy lattes. Wednesday, May 5, 2010. I tell you - this whole getting healthy thing is expensive, time-consuming, and frustrating sometimes.
