Sicilian Red: Team Magically Delicious, you ask?
http://sicilianred.blogspot.com/2009/05/basking-in.html
Sunday, May 3, 2009. Team Magically Delicious, you ask? Now, here's a good story! A few months ago, Deb, Alicia and I decided to sign up as a relay team for the Smith Mountain Lake Sprint Triathlon. Backing up a few weeks.at first I thought.1/2 mile swim, 20K bike, and 5K run? No sweat, I can handle all of that on my own.sign me up! Needless to say, I failed the "assessment" miserably, because I just really don't know how to breathe correctly when swimming free style. Deb obviously chose one for us late ...

The Marler Family: They said it was temporary......
http://marlerfamily.blogspot.com/2008/06/they-said-it-was-temporary.html
Joel * Rachel * Lily. Saturday, June 21, 2008. They said it was temporary. But as we put her in the bath and attempted to wash off the tattoo, we realized that it would be with her for at least a week. That's exactly what happened. Several baths and scrubbing sessions later it finally came off. No more Thomas on Lily's cheek. Well, it was fun while it lasted. How cool she got to have a tattoo on her face for a week! She is just adorable by the way! July 1, 2008 at 9:53 PM. August 6, 2008 at 10:52 PM.

Sicilian Red: The Tragic Price of POOR Choices
http://sicilianred.blogspot.com/2008/11/tragic-price-of-poor-choices.html
Saturday, November 22, 2008. The Tragic Price of POOR Choices. A colleague just sent me an email with the following article attached. My mouth literally. Dropped open as I read through the article and found that 5 of these ten individuals arrested were students that I worked with at Westfield High School from 2002-2006. I KNEW these kids! I should be fired! Http:/ www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2008/. December 2, 2008 at 11:21 AM. December 6, 2008 at 12:06 PM. The Original Ferrara Girls.

Sicilian Red: A Little Mexican Fiesta
http://sicilianred.blogspot.com/2008/11/little-mexican-fiesta.html
Tuesday, November 18, 2008. A Little Mexican Fiesta. Last night we made authentic Mexican cuisine, with the help of Scott Porter. We made two types of salsa.one that would make anyone breathe fire, except for Scott! We also made homemade corn tortillas, guacamole, carne asada, chicken, chili and lime soup (an interested experiment), refried black beans, and plantains for dessert. I love cooking! It makes me so happy every time! Here are a few pics! The King of Red Chilis. The Tortilla Chef at work.

The Marler Family: Happy little working song
http://marlerfamily.blogspot.com/2008/04/happy-little-working-song.html
Joel * Rachel * Lily. Saturday, April 26, 2008. Happy little working song. So proud of herself! Lily loves to help mom do just about any chore. She loves to sweep, do laundry, and help load the dishwasher. I hope this continues into her teenage years. Anyway, this reminds me of a scene from her favorite movie "Enchanted", where Giselle cleans up Robert's apartment with all the animals. Too bad I can't call out to the neighborhood animals for some back-up. Love that little face. April 27, 2008 at 8:30 AM.

The Marler Family: After the baby animals...
http://marlerfamily.blogspot.com/2008/05/after-baby-animals.html
Joel * Rachel * Lily. Sunday, May 4, 2008. After the baby animals. After playing with the baby animals at Thanksgiving Point, we went to Mc Donald's for lunch. Lily never eats sugar. She really doesn't like it, but she loves chicken Mcnuggets. I can't complain, because otherwise she's a very healthy eater and loves her fruits and veggies. Some more play time with the trains at Barnes and Noble. May 7, 2008 at 1:01 PM. Her hair is so long! Mckinlee still has her receding hair line. May 14, 2008 at 11:18 AM.

The Marler Family: We're back with a New Years photo shoot!
http://marlerfamily.blogspot.com/2009/02/were-back-with-new-years-photo-shoot.html
Joel * Rachel * Lily. Friday, February 20, 2009. We're back with a New Years photo shoot! I know it's been way too long but we're back with a New Years photo shoot. This was not an easy task by any means. Lily was not the perfect little model. I had to chase her and then hope that we could get a good pose eventually. All that said, I think we got a few good ones. Wow i'm glad to see you guys are back! She is looking so grown up, we'll have to get together soon and play again. February 20, 2009 at 3:43 PM.

The Marler Family: January 2008
http://marlerfamily.blogspot.com/2008_01_01_archive.html
Joel * Rachel * Lily. Wednesday, January 16, 2008. Christmas Day with Lily. Christmas was lots of fun with Lily this year. Even though she's still too young to understand. She definitely got that there were new toys for her. Lenore and Brandon got us our tree as a Christmas gift this year. It was really nice of them and we loved the tree. They came over for dinner on Christmas eve and we had a lovely evening, although the storm was a bit scary up here. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile.
