Old Yarn - MoonScape. Jun 23rd, 2015 11:09 pm. What I mean by frame is the top of the shorty socks (the ribbing stripe is a contrasting color) and heel flap.and the toe. The sock foot may or may not use that color, but the heel and toe always match. Since the stripes are often non-matching between R and L sock, having the top, heel, and toe match frames the sock pair. RIP Cuddles - Mikes Ramblings. September 2nd, 2014. Anne had Cuddles put to sleep today. When we got back from holiday, she wasnt right - clearly not been eating or drinking much (despite the neighbours being in every day to check on our cats) - and a test yesterday revealed that her kidneys were (to quote my lovely wife) rubbish.
