Recipe since 1960’s. 500gm young jackfruit – skinned, cut into cubes 6-8 pieces and cook partially by boiling. 200 or 250gms minced mutton - boiled with 2cups of water. 3 tbsps meat curry powder. 2 pcs of preboiled Indian Mackerel fish (ikan kembong rebus)–shredded,. Remove bones, fins and head. 1/2 cup thick coconut milk. Until traces of oil being extracted(kerisik). Stalks of mint leaves.
