Monday, April 25, 2011. Tonight Sara, Michelle, and I made dinner for the missionaries we have in our area. We had enchiladas, rice, beans, guacamole, chips, and cake balls :). This is from the website, we didn't take any pictures of our actual meal :(. The recipe we used for the enchiladas is from http:/ www.kevinandamanda.com/recipes/dinner/creamy-chicken-enchiladas.html. A delicious meal and a fun night! With a LOT of clean up afterwards haha. A marvelous success, I would definitely make them again.

Saturday, February 12, 2011. Mac and Cheese :). I finally got around to making the mac and cheese from Carrie's recipe. It was delicious! Friday, February 4, 2011. Yoga, Cold Weather, and Bangs. Caroline and I finally made it to the yoga class and I really enjoyed it! We worked our hips and legs for the most part and I felt it the next day as I was power walking it across campus! Sunday, 17 April 2011. Wanna hear the story? We went into the Hospital at 6:30pm Sunday, April 3rd after enjoying all General Conference sessions. I wasn't really in "hard" labor but there were a string of contractions about 5min apart. So, lest we be caught off guard with twins and all, in we went. Wednesday, June 8, 2011. There is this really fun amusement park out here that has all these mini rides for kids. Even Mailee can go on them! Monday, July 9, 2012. But we were able to get our very own personal tour guide to see the sights of downtown Philidelphia. Thank you soooo much to Jon! Here we are on the train heading downtown. Cool area with big old game pieces to play around on. Cool statues everywhere downtown! Seriously, such a cool city. Wednesday, 1 June 2011. On Friday, May 27, Bethany was in a skipping contest amongst all the Grade 2 students at her school. She had a fantastic first round, skipping 182 times in 60 seconds. The video quality is terrible as I only had my phone with me that day, but you can still see how fast she's going though. Your cousin Zoe also likes to skip/jumprope. 1 June 2011 at 16:04.
