GO: www.harriettsoi.com. 七月 16, 2015. 七月 16, 2015. 今日我參加了阿品的 繪照心靈 曼陀羅 畫班 https:/ www.facebook.com/events/1739232726303784/. 因為我是有畫畫底子的人，一開始未免會急著完成，也不自覺用上固有方法，這次在繪畫中被鼓勵探索開發可能性，打破了重覆不變的安全感，開始free form creation 原來都幾爽的. 最後完成到一張得到大家讚賞的曼陀羅畫，自己卻有點不敢認叻，回家路上在想我一直也沒有全然認同自己的優點，很多時候埋沒或淡化了這方面，原來我有害怕自己的力量的傾向 雖然多數時候也覺得自己不錯，但是別人説自己好時又會想縮 這真是今天才發現 哈哈 這個pattern似乎影響了平日的力量，有機會想再探索心靈 多謝品老師的提示喔. 但呢個班唔係開發呢d野 咁係咪有關藝術治療呀 um撈囉 講治療好似係要有d咩野要醫咁XD. 咁有無覺得挫敗 梗有啦 但發現 接受 轉變係有過程架 無得急囉. Mandala . 今日終於上得到品爺嘅堂。

GO: www.harriettsoi.com. 七月 17, 2015. 七月 17, 2015. 金錢=安全感，尼個信念唔知由幾時開始已經住左係我心裡面，所以無錢=無安全感 尼個想法一直帶領住我去做人，縱使一直打份自己唔鍾意返嘅牛工，縱使只得嗰一萬幾千蚊嘅人工，就係為左要抓住個份所謂嘅安全感，都只有選擇死捱爛捱，今日終於明白，點解有錢嘅人只會越來越有錢，窮嘅人只會越來越窮 尼個原理，根本相方對 金錢 嘅睇法同運用就係兩個概念. 我份人無咩多，恐懼最多，所以一直以來的理財觀念都係 千萬不要欠錢 ，總係覺得借貸，欠錢就巧驚驚，怕俾息，怕愈欠愈多等等等…即使聽幾多咩 錢係要流動 呀呢d概念，但仍然影響唔到我幾多。 我發現，原來我一直緊守既野，都幾無謂😓 今日除左學識點樣係健康既借貸，同埋用錢搵錢既概念外，最最最重要係，破左我多年既恐懼，聽完之後簡直有種 我自由喇 既感覺 真係嚴重感激Wood Cheungg既分享Mabel Chann既畫簿，同埋族長蔡禧品品call呢個會. 今日 我明白咗係要諗點樣做到,而唔係咩做唔倒 (非常記得美寶講過). 而社會一邊吹捧那...

GO: www.harriettsoi.com. 七月 30, 2015. 講道理意思像 因爲原因abcde 所是應該這樣做 那樣想. 講道理會有分析和理據, 越像一篇論文越有説服力, 越多人buy. 不喜歡結論完再宣稱 已找到了普世標準 成爲 應該 怎樣. 如實和諧就和諧, 不和就不和. 是正面就正面, 是負面就負面. 和諧很理想没錯, 你可以嘗試了解. 夠了解而行動就自然發生. 正如 你夠了解一段親密关係怎相處, 自然會有甜蜜(偶然吵很正常啊). 若果你誤解了, 以爲爲親密伴侣犧牲, 忘我, 或者反過來要求對方 夠愛你就要滿足你的要求 那你在相處中有受難, 也很正常. 我就是很怕那些道理皇, 宣稱找到 宇宙真理 一樣, 一條條方程式去教人, 硬死實實的叫人跟着做. GO: www.harriettsoi.com. 七月 26, 2015. 七月 26, 2015. 尋晚既心靈法庭係好大既衝擊，其實到呢一刻好多野都未消化到 未聽返錄音 , 但有一樣野係即時唔同左既，就係我對主子(老公)既態度。 尋晚發現原來我本質上係一個小女人，之前完全無想過，而且亦都抗拒 歧視小女人， (題外話 但諗起我眼中的小女人人版，我又覺得自己無歧視佢架喎，到底我係歧視小女人 定係我歧視自己係小女人 定其實我係歧視我自己呢 ) 可能因為咁，我從來無好好做好自己小女人既角色，仲想管埋個男人果瓣，但又未強到做埋男人果d, 然後就怨黎怨去呻黎呻去好似無出路咁。 另外，尋晚我嚴重hang機，返到去我又諗，係咪我呢排狀態差先會咁 好明顯想賴 ，但今晚同我媽傾完老豆d野，我發覺我依然係好精靈既，所以….真係無得賴….我尋晚hang成咁，應該係我有好多等號，又好多野都好抗拒，然後模糊化哂自己d記憶同認知，簡單d講即係唔想認，呢樣野等我聽返錄音再研究下。 By Suveera Jivana 7月16日 22:49 @FB.
