Port Augusta-Pimba-Glendambo- Coober Pedy. Into Goober Pedy for the night and if you didn't know better you swear that Mad Max is right around the corner. This town survives on Opal mining only. So what you have is a town that is surrounded by huge mounds of dirt and only dirt. And the flies are where? Coober Pedy welcoming sign.

Left Dural with over cast skies and a bit of rain. Continued through the Blue Mountains, west of Sydney, where it was snow, fog, rain, and black ice and was I ever glad to get to lower altitudes. So it was Dural, Windsor, Richmond, Lithgow, Bathhurst, Cowa and a stop for the night at West Wyalong. Tuesday, June 12, 2007. June 12-23 Stuck in Sydney.

Måndag 3 mars 2014. Har just kommit hem från en underbar skidresa i Idre. IdreFjäll förvånade mig och jag blev väldigt positivt överraskad - ett toppenställe! Vi har åkt mycket skidor och allt har varit bra utom vädret. Det har varit väldigt dimmigt och grått hela veckan. Bara en gång har vi kunnat se den vackra utsikten på hela veckan! När det var som värst såg man inte ens handen framför sig, och att leta sig fram mot nerfarter var ett projekt så att man inte åkte vilse uppe på toppen. Wilma snart 8 år.
