As you can see, we are quite fortunate to still have lighting in the kitchen! As for the alarm system, the previous homeowners called back and we used their code to disarm the system. Thursday, March 19, 2009. We finished painting all rooms downstairs in the house and have furniture all moved in. We bought new blinds for all the windows and have been able to hang those. The house is still missing color. I haven't taken any pictures because I am waiting to hang pictures and do more decorating. I'll post pictures when more progress has been made. Friday, August 14, 2009. For those of you who follow along, we did not get good news at our doctor's appointment this week. The baby no longer had a heartbeat and we have had a miscarriage. The doctor explained to us that most of the time when this happens there is a chromosomal problem and it is not because of anything that we did or did not do. Sunday, July 25, 2010. Orange Beach July 11-16. Orange Beach 07/11-16/10. Mere Austin had so much fun. she loved going down the twisty slide into the water. She also loved the water and sand down on the bay. We never went over to the gulf because I knew she wouldn't like the water splashing her. We ended up with a few little oil stains on her swimming suit bottom from the sand in the water, so sad! The top picture was a the little "zoo" in gulf shores, she loved feeding the animals. July 4th at the Belks.
