A day in the life. September 5, 2014. September 5, 2014. Late post considering this is my last day in Gulu. But I thought better late than never! The following photos are of what a typical day sort of looks like. Some parts of this day are missing, and some days look very different than this, but this at least gives you a good idea. These have been life-savers. Gulu really doesn’t have much good coffee at all. The view from our back porch. Our day-guard, Samuel, and house lady, Grace. They help us so.

Whats on Austins mind. Wednesday, October 14, 2009. Blacksploitation at its best. I was always a big fan of blacksploitation films like coffee and Sweet Sweet back. I learned a couple weeks ago that there is a movie of that style coming soon called Black dynamite actually friday. Im really excited about it because it doesen't take itself seriously and is more of a spoof of the genre and it takes place inth 1970's LA looks like a good date with me and the misses.
