No doubt you've given it a whirl (pun intended) at some stage in your life, so you understand the basics. She does it for 30 minutes while playing Soduku on her phone. I think she is fitter than I am right now! She's only been doing it for a week and I am pretty sure she is looking fitter and happier already. Plus I like the way she moves while doing it! Saturday, April 9, 2011. Raspberry White Chocolate Cheesecake! 1 packet plain biscuits crumbed. 500g cream cheese at room temperature. Juice of 1 lemon. 2 mins in microwave. 1 cup cream lightly beaten. 2 teaspoons gelatin dissolved in 1/4 cup boiling water. 1 packet frozen or small bowl of fresh raspberries. Sunday, June 19, 2011. Recovering From Injury, Part 2. I have been trying to recover from my injuries for the last 15 odd years (depending on which injuries you like). And let me tell ya, it sucks butt. But (there's always a but), I have learnt a HUGE amount. For example, your spine is the basis of EVERYTHING! You don't appreciate it until it goes, and by then it's too late (most times). Your spine is the power house, the foundation, the corner stone, the centre, the CORE. Take your time take it easy....

Monday, November 28, 2011. Sorry, you probably didn't really need that mental image scarring you LOL! The key to working out after an injury is to ease back into it slowly. IE quit while you're ahead, when you feel good and think you can push yourself to do more, that's when to stop and finish up with some nice slow stretching.
