健康維持は仕事の基本。。。 今日は、朝早起きしてファミレスで仕事関連の本を２時間半みっちり読んで、それから、お昼にパプリカとナスとぶなしめじと生トマトでパスタを作りました。。。 その後、ご褒美として（！？）、プールに行き、みっちり２時間かけて１ｋｍ泳ぎました。無心で泳ぎ続けます。 一種のメタボ対策！？です。。。健康維持はよい仕事の基本ですね。そして、健康維持に、それなりの能動的なアクションが必要になってきた感じです。 これで週末４回続けで、プールに通いました。友人でもあるU医師先生がよく泳いでいるのに触発されたのですが、なかなか良い感じです。 とあるホテルのプールの利用させて頂いていて、温水だし、色々借りられるし、歩いて行けるし、他に泳いでいる方はいつもせいぜい３、４人なので、快適です。。。外国人の方が多く、時折、ちょっとした国際交流もできます。。。 割引も利用できて、スポーツクラブと同じくらいの利用料なのもありがたいです。頻度によりますが。 投稿者 Masahiro Nanjo @ TOKYO ACTi. 投稿者 Masahiro Nanjo @ TOKYO ACTi. 第六条 手続を...
