One foot out the door. But it's cold outside…. Long time since i’d last blogged…. February 7, 2013. Last week i went swimming for the first time this year, and for the first time in at least 3 months and something strange happened. I started swimming as normal and for 2 or lenths at a time, i stopped as usual to take a breather. A thought came back to me of something my girlfriend said about when i’m running. When running and i get tired, what do i do? Loved it, felt SO GOOD! Leave a Reply Cancel reply.

So after leaving my job halfway through the day and rushing myself to the doctors, who told me to rush myself to A&E, and after getting slightly worried, … Continue reading →. Not Much Of A Runner. Good judgement leads to good experiences. Bad judgement makes for great stories. Wednesday, 21 November 2012. Okay, not really jetskiing, but at times, it looked pretty much like jetskiing. I've started riding my mountainbike again. Quite a bit, in fact. Not a lot, but quite a bit is quite a lot more than I have been over the last twelve months. Wet, wet, wet, wet. and muddy*. On their regular "Love2Ride" evening sessions. Tonight was one of those rides, and was apocalyptically wet. Technical uphill ...

Local Adventures: Nice weather for llamas
http://goosevallance.blogspot.com/2012/12/nice-weather-for-llamas.html
Good judgement leads to good experiences. Bad judgement makes for great stories. Tuesday, 4 December 2012. Nice weather for llamas. Sunday was beautiful. The event itself was one of the "Open5" series of sprint-duration adventure races, organised by Open Adventure. For event crew, it's an engaging and v...

Just another WordPress.com site. Laquo; T.G.I.T.L Friday of Janathon*. Posted January 28, 2012 by Bean Out Running? A school boy error meant that my run today was delayed by two precious hours. I had failed to charge my Garmin. Normally I charge it overnight but last night it said it was at 75%. I therefore assumed that it would have enough juice to get me round today’s run. Wrong! 4 responses to this post. Posted by kevin foreman. On January 29, 2012 at 5:32 am. My brother’s 305 is doing ok for me...
