Eileen Richards, Author. Inspiration for the town of Milton Lake, SC. These are tidbits of photographs that have inspired me to write the Milton Lake Series. My dad grew up in Fort Mill, SC. We went there most weekends to visit my grandparents. I marched in the annual Christmas Parade when I was in high school.
