Old Cromwell Historic Town is a darling area to visit in Central Otago, about a 45-minute drive from Queenstown, or Arrow Town, or Wanaka. It is considered to be the most inland town in New Zealand. Leaving My Home Town - Pinelands (SA) to Titirangi (NZ). The story about our family's immigration journey to New Zealand. The weather in Auckland. So, my humble take. Was broody, hot, cloudy, intense, humid, rainy, and when the sun shone, as it did for at least a few minutes every day, it hurt. Has been sublime. Still, peaceful, cloudy, sunny, misty, sometimes gloomy, occasionally windy. Overall, I would say the weather (but not the laser sun beams! It's a big gripe here; why, we have yet to find out.
