Well I know this is not a Christmas countdown, but we ARE getting ready for autism awareness month in April. Andrew, together with his favor support person is learning how to cut ribbons into even lengths so we can decorate little envelopes to hold hand made, stoneware charms complete with puzzle piece centers. As I think about the creation of sometehing positive for teens and adults with autism I am drawn to the fact that these kids and adults can take part in their own destiny. They can assist and provide a little work force for self grown businesses.
