One way is to take a walk in nature as a family (or some other activity involving nature) and see what happens. This may be a welcome break from your daily routine or it may lead to something else. Many people find peace and a deeper connection with themselves, their family and with nature. This is what spirituality is all about. Treasure this feeling. There are lots of other approaches.
